On August 12th we drove 347 miles from White River Campground to Muckluk Annies near Teslin.
We stopped at Burwash Landing for a brek and to go through the museum.

The many stuffed animals appeared so real

There was a lot of construction around Tulane Lake

We dry camped near the edge of the lake.
We turned on the generator & Larry & Eleanor plugged in for a while and we both chilled down our freezers

On Aug 13th we drove 336 miles to Muncho Lake and camped at J&H Wilderness RV. Some electricity, but not 30 AMP

When washing our rigs the next morning, friends we had met in Soldotna saw us and stopped. We traveled together the rest of the very rainy day, with the temperature in the 40s. We did stop for a caribu crossing the road. Lots more messy construction.
We had planned to stop at Pink Mountain for the end of the day, but no vacancies anywhere. So we drove on to the Rotary Park in Ft. St.John where we had a little happy hour and visited.
On the 15th we said our good byes..... Judi, Don, Vince, and Shirley headed home for Oregon and went on to Whitecourt.

The next day we parted company. Larry & Eleanor went home across Canada and we went through Edmonton. We stopped in at the big mall and it was truly amazing, but still just another shopping mall.

The second day we arrived in Lethbridge and stayed an an RPI park for several days.

On August 22nd we crossed into the US and stayed in Lewistown, MT.

A few days later we arrived in Podure Canyon, CO to visit friends we met in KY.

We stayed a few days....our next stop was in Raton, NM
Couldn't resist this rainbow ....

From Raton to Amarillo, Can't pass a chance to stop at the Big Texan for a steak.

Arrived home on September 15th.....10,993 miles.
